I think I kinda touched on this in my earlier intro posts but I should elaborate anyway!
I don’t really have any specific goals for the future of my blog. I hope to use it as a positive outlet for any negative thoughts, low moods, anxiety and just general rants (I have been known to rant a lot) rather than me getting in my own head too much as I have often been known to do.
I hope that anyone who reads a post where I’m opening up about my mental health issues feel a little bit less alone as a result of reading it. I hope to show a realistic example of good days and bad days. Sometimes I have several good weeks and then a couple bad ones, sometimes it can be a good day, 2 bad days, etc. I hope that by documenting such things maybe I’ll notice a pattern, identify some of my own triggers and be able to help myself a little as a result of that.
I don’t really know, I just hope to keep at it regularly. I think the only thing that would get in the way of that is a long bout of low moods but all I can do is try my best.
